For the past few month I have been immersed in the most fantastic of books - The Oxford English Dictionary. I was up to "d", everything was going well, I was quite happy to just sit and read peacefully to myself until SOMEONE had to go and spoil the ending for me (zythum, apparently). Naturally, knowing the ending made me immediately lose all interest in reading it. This is worse then the time I was told Jesus dies before I got a chance to finish the Bible. God are some people inconsiderate...!
Anyway, I need a new book to read - suggestions?

Richard Dawkins, "The Greatest Show On Earth"
Get your hands on a copy of the Codex Seriphinianus and figure out what the fuck it means, if anything. It has cool pictures and its decryption is a worthier task than blogging for someone of your lexical badassery.
What is zythum, anyway?
zythum, n.
In ancient Egypt: a kind of malt beer.
All good suggestions, btw. You can't go wrong with a book that has migrating trees..."make like a tree and get out of here" finally makes sense.
I apologize--I'm the jerk who spoiled the ending. I don't usually do that without a giant *SPOILER ALERT*. It won't happen again. Anyways, have you seen the movie Titanic? Or The Sixth Sense? Cuz at the end...
...
Two can play at that game, you know. Don't make me ruin your reading list for you!
Do you like Boigraphies? I can recomend Angelas' Ashes by an Irish man called Frank McCourt it made me laugh (and cry).
Nice blog by the way, made me laugh.
I'm not really a big fan of biographies...or anything non-fiction, really.
And thanks, I try.
